I am a notary public and I offer mobile notary services in a location of your choice within Robertson and Sumner County in the state of Tennesse.  I will happily travel to you for added convenience. I offer flexibility, affordability, and convenience. I offer same-day services as needed. I provide a superior client experience to the residents. 

Notarization fees are based on a “per-stamp” cost, which is a $10 fee.

You Must Bring Identification

Person(s) signing document(s) must bring a form of valid identification listed below.

Acceptable Forms of Identification:

Tennessee Driver License or ID Card

United States Passport

Foreign Passport

(Issued by a foreign government, must be stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.)

US Armed Forces ID Card (any branch)Veteran Health ID Card

The Notary must be able to determine with reasonable certainty that the person(s) match the presented identification. If this condition cannot be met, the Notary will not be able to notarize the document(s).

Please read your documents so that you understand them before scheduling an appointment with a Notary.

1. If your documents require Witnesses, make arrangements as soon as possible. Don’t wait until the day of the signing. If the signer is in a hospital or care facility, don’t assume that an employee can act as a Witness, some facilities have policies against it.
2. If you are scheduling a notarization for someone else, don’t wait for the appointment to present the document to the signer for the first time. The signer needs time to read and understand the document(s) prior to the appointment. The appointment time is for the signing/execution of the documents.
3. The Notary is not present to explain documents. Notaries are not qualified to give legal advice or to determine whether a particular document meets the needs of the parties involved.
4. Any signers, including Witnesses, must be on time for the appointment and have proper ID with them. The Notary cannot wait beyond the scheduled appointment time

My name is Bobbie Cole. I am originally from Clearwater, Florida but moved to Tennessee in 2019. I have 2 adult children plus a daughter in law and two dachshunds who all live in Florida. I love living out in the country and spending time on the farm. I became a notary because I was looking for an opportunity to generate some additional income and this provides me the ability to do so.
